Thank you all!!

You are showing your absolute ignorance. Why would you make such a nonsensical claim. All C6's for 20G are junk? You want us to think you now all about used C6's , but you only know what you want to believe.

Absolutely not what I meant. I never said all C6's for 20k are junk but to be honest a lot are. I have owned a few C6's and went out of state to pick up my latest one. I did sell an 08 in the low 20s with 75k miles that was close to mint not long ago. It takes time to find a good Corvette. All I meant to say is that sometimes a 2010 can be 30k, sometimes 20k. It does not mean the 30k car is overpriced necessarily because the 20k car could just be junk. Online numbers are sometimes hard to compare without evaluating the car in person. Sorry if you found that offensive in any way.

Tell it like it is, bucky...in fact, tell us twice. We're kinda slow here.

Buck you seem to read too much into any posts you don't agree with, just my observation.

So anyways...

I decided against the vette from my original post.

I'm taking a look at this one tomorrow, they said they'd go down to 27950 as their best price.

I did, with maybe a bit of a chip on my shoulder, since I bought a really nice '08 for well under $20K. Thank you for your explanation.

For what it is worth, I would generally concur with your comment if it were limited to "for sale by dealer".

I try to buy private party for that reason, and the fact that the dealer does not know anything about the maintenance history of a used Vette, unless it is reported online.

Well, you know, if you don't get your point across the first time, maybe nobody heard it. On the other hand, maybe it is not worth hearing.

Looks like a 1LT car. Looks like someone installed Z06 wheels and an Extended ZR1 spoiler. Looks like an RPI Chin Spoiler was installed. I don't know why but someone painted the console as well.

As a 2lt with that mileage and options it’s value is around $26,500 me thinks the price is too high. But, take it for a drive... the more C6s you drive the better feel you’ll have and get to know what you like. IMHO you can find/do better. Enjoy the ride!

Ya, the 2lt is supposed to have steering wheel controls.

You know, cady, you may be right. Do you have any more observations about me you wish to make public, with zero bearing on what the OP is about? Don't hold back now....

It is noteworthy, though, that the last few times you have said something ridiculous, I did not respond by saying that you always do so ("any post"), or by replying solely because you said something ridiculous. I will disagree, or argue with you, but the point of any follow-on I make will be focused on the veracity of your comment, not the character of the person who made it.

Maybe that is our greatest difference.

OP, that looks like a very nice car. I am betting they will cut a good deal for you if you have all your finances in order.
