I bought a 05 Corvette in Feb 17, I have noticed that the harmonic balancer is wobbling. Are there any differences between a stock part from a chevy dealership and an after market one from Summit or any other after market comany

Well yea. A quality aftermarket one should hopefully keep you from ever having to worry about a part that really shouldn't have started wobbling in the first place. If you put another GM part on then you may find it wobbling again down the road.
Do not get the part from GM. Get one from Summit, any brand but GM/ACDelco.
If you want to spend the big money get an ATI (~$400).
Middle ground is a Powerbond Race, Summit Racing, Trick Flow (~$200)
Budget get the Power Bond Premium (~$100)
Also be mindful of the size. If you are pretty much stock stay away form the under-drive models.
