Been reading up on the DRL/Turn signal switch-backs & want to know what everyone is using, where to get & are you satisfied with them (quality, lack of issues, customer service, etc.). I'm going to remove my headlights this weekend to paint the buckets & figured I might as well get rid of the amber DRLs while the car isn't going anywhere for awhile. Thanks!
I just get $20 dollar set on the auction site that comes with the load resistors, and never had a problem. You will need the harness from Radio Flyer if you want white DRL function.
Yup. I think mine were a little cheaper because I had the old style harness. I upgraded to the new style as he has made some updates over the years.
I made mount plates for the resistors for a solid, clean look that uses an existing hole...not that you will see it.
I've been using VLED switchbacks for several years. The new version has the load resistors built right in and it is literally a plug and play that will not take you more than 15 minutes a side. Assuming you know how to get into the wheel wells and have some jack stands to help you along the way.

I have been using the switchbacks from JW Motor sports for over a year, without the special harness. They work as they should white/amber. Amber when turn signal or flasher is used. White as a DRL. Very
