I got my quick Jack in and finally put it all together and used it today!
Nervous as hell but I did it anyway so I could straighten out some of the underneath fascia. Needed to change the oil and filter and clean up some other stuff. What a neat Jack! Got my toy up in the air with absolutely zero problems, very stable and damned easy to use.
High marks in my book.
Will it be possible to do headers/exhaust with the jack? In your / other forum members opinion is it high enough?
I want to purchase it for regular maintenance For our cars but looking for a reason to spend the cash.
Thanks!
They do look like they may be worth looking into. Stupid question here, but I assume that the hoses must be kept connected once the lift is up ?....or can they be disconnected somehow so they aren't laying across the floor while working around the car ?

I can't speak for headers but I did my exhaust with the quick jack. There's plenty of room under the car with the quick jack I even did exhaust on my charger.

They have safety stops on them but I don't think id take hose's off .
First thing I disconnect is the hoses, they just get in the way. I have left my car in the low raised position all winter long before. You have to relieve the pressure by lowering the car on the jacks before disconnecting anyway. Mike
Jack stands are not needed? Perhaps I'm just showing my age but old habits die hard, especially when you've had a car fall over on you when you were fast enough to avoid getting waked.
That's "waked" as in a funeral service ;-)

Oh, I like that device. I'm using a low-profile Harbor Freight jack to get to the front jack point. I don't lift mine but couple times a year but would definitely check into one of those if I did it much more often.

Understood and I don't blame ya. I would disconnect also if possible. Theres already enough stuff on the floor during a project, don't need anymore hoses laying around to cause some kind of mis-hap.....

I got the BL-7000 something or other. Can also use it on my wife's truck. GREAT TOOL.
Is it the extended length or regular length?
I ask because I need the extended length for my Lexus but the extended length jack minimum jack points seem almost too far apart. The 37.4" lands about right in the middle of my pucks. Are C7 jack points the same distance? I may upgrade to a C7Z soon.

I did my full exhaust on mine. Kooks headers all the way back to the B&B mufflers . C6Z
