Vettes are made to be driven, not to be garage queens.

I enjoy driving mine any chance I get. I also think it's a good thing that some people don't drive theirs much... It ensures there's a supply of low mileage garage queens to buy. I don't mind having a nearly new 11 year old car!!!!

I put my to bed for the winter

A quilt on the top to protect it from cat hair and claws, sheets to protect some of the paint, a full tank, a battery tender, and the hood open to discourage mice from building a nest...

I have a '07 vert, so I would be interested. I'm always looking for mods, etc.

I have a question for the Wind Restrictor owners... Does it block access to the little shelf storage area behind the seats? If I were sitting in the driver's seat, could I still reach behind the passenger seat?

I keep a couple of baseball hats and my sunglasses back there.

That space is rather handy, I once put a half-case worth of wine bottles back there on a cross-country trip.

I know how to Tetris a Vert. In 3D.

And when you're making everyone's monthly car payments you would have the right to dictate what other people do with their cars. Until that time we'll do whatever the hell we want to with our cars whether that be driving them cross country or staring at them in the garage.

Default Hello Everyone

Bought my first Vette Convertible yesterday. 2005 Black with red interior. I have had C3-C5 and now C6, but never a convertible until now. More pic to follow today.

My new baby

Default My new love!

Hello! I just brought this 2008 home yesterday. Previously owned by an older gentleman (older than me anyway). Currently living where my '64 roadster used to live. I think I'll keep this one for a while.

Default My 06 Velocity Yellow

I just bought this 06 velocity Yellow vert with only 13500 miles , 3LT , navigation XM radio, 6 speed manual with magnetic ride select and need some help. It had two open recalls. Took it to a Chevy dealer and they took care of recalls. On the way home I noticed the clock was blank on the screen and the nav screen had s red line thru the GPS icon. I took it back and they reprogrammed it but clock area is still blank. Settings area are blank too. Took it to a corvette mechanic and he also did some programming and the red line went away but clock is still blank. He thinks it’s in the head unit not the gps antenna. The red line comes on but after driving a few blocks goes away but clock is out. Any suggestions or should I try and find a new radio unit and nav antenna as he said GPS antenna runs clock or is there a GPS module or something else. I’ve had several Corvettes with this type nav system and never had a problem. I even have a new updated DVD I was going to put in once it’s fixrd or repaired. Not sure if no clock would interfere with navigation info like time of arrival etc. any and all help would be appreciated.
