Wrong!!! If you purchase a K&N filter, it is made to clean and reuse!

Some acorns, Insulation, and leaves - so where's the "air intake" opening at?? The car has 85,000 on it - I think this may be the original filter - air filter too.

Can't help you, clueless here too. Not sure why we need ambient air to be "filtered." What happens when you exit the car??? What are you breathing then? Is your house/bedroom air "filtered"?

I'm still looking for the "vent windows" on my C6, like the old cars had.

Same here. My C6 is mostly an 'open air' car.

Although it was in the lower 80s yesterday it was a bit warm with the top off when in traffic. Upper 80s today, top went back on and climate control will be running.

FWIW, I yanked the filter (car has 34k miles) and it wasn't horrible, but dirty. Blew it out with air hose, put back in for now, but will replace.

I just added this to my cart:
AC Delco from Amazon AC Delco from Amazon
for $13.87.

Careful with that janky little retaining clip. It can fall off easily and it a pain in the *** to relocate once it's fallen into the engine bay.
