Most electrical "problems" are the same that affect the rest of the C6 gen with a few exceptions. Off the top of my head:
DBS (Dead Battery Syndrome). For manual trans only. Column lock problem. Manual only. I don't know much on how to resolve these (if they haven't been fixed already), because I have an auto, but one would think the previous owner(s) would have remedied it by now. Someone will chime in, I'm sure.
I don't think there were any electrical issues specific to the '05 auto. The rear diff was deemed "weak" but if you aren't racing it, it is a non-issue, but that's not an electrical problem.
The battery terminals are reversed, IIRC. Not really a problem, just an observation.
You’ll probably hear all kinds of things but for me, I’ve had mine since new in 04 with zero electrical problems minus my original blower installer improperly wiring BAP which caused a slight glitch over time affecting fuel pressure.
