Prescott Corvette Show Sept.22
Went up to Prescott Friday afternoon, show was Saturday turnout was great and so was the weather. Funny thing was i almost left the show when it was over as it looked like they were going to do trophy presentation before the 50/50, ugh. then they decided to do the drawing and low and behold I won, now you have to know I never win **** so this was a first. This will move forward my purchase of headers.....wowooohooo. some photos for your viewing pleasure.

Looks like an awesome show! If things go as planned I should be there next year.

It was supposed to be this year, but it was pushed back to April. I can't wait to get out there and away from all of this crap Texas weather and humidity.

Yesterday was the Equinox - Here we changed to summer...from Hades. Summer is nice in AZ. You can actually drive a vert with the top down...on some days. Then when falls comes in December, it gets a little better. But after that, it's Spring and back to Hades again....

Wow - photo # 6 is my arctic white GS vert. My wife & I drove up to Prescott on Friday to visit my sister & brother-in-law and participate in the car show. As stated, great cars, great weather & a great time!

It was a great day with beautiful weather, great cars and people. To top it off, getting first place for my custom 1970 was the cherry on top. Thanks for sharing the pics.

2015 C5 of the Year Winner
Congrats on the win. Sure it was a nice chunk of change with all those people there. I don't see any purple C5's there? I was out of town or I would have been there. It's a great show for sure.

It was a great show as always - I was there in my 11 Supersonic Blue ZR1 - they only made 93 in 2011 of this color and I pulled up to the line to park at 7:05am and I am right behind another 11 Supersonic Blue ZR1! What are the odds on that! I have attended many years, my 67 427 took first place a few years ago and my previous Red ZR1 2nd......fun time and if anyone is on the fence for next year, make sure you attend!
Ron
PS: Once they handed you the cash (I think it was around $770) for the 50/50 raffle you sure left in a hurry!

Vegas Doctor says compression fracture at L1 & possible L2, should heal on its own but will get an epidural from the Witch Doctor to help with pain and repair.
Then if that doesn't make it better he will do a Kypoplasty, inject cement by with 2 needles into the vertebrae, one for a balloon to open the void and then the other to inject the cement

Actually we were about to leave as it looked like they were going to do trophy presentation, then they did the drawing, I never win anything so this was quite a shock, yea I figured I better head out before other club members wanted me to join them on whiskey row ....
