A lot of folks will tell you that is too many miles, but it is all relative. If everything on the car is fine, and there are no carfax or title issues, it would be a great way to get into a Vette. 2012 was the first year for more comfortable seats, and a few other improvements. At $19K, most of the depreciation has occurred. You could probably put 20K on it, and sell if for close to what you paid. Just be sure it is in very good condition, overall. If it has not been taken care of aesthetically, you can be sure it was not taken care of mechanically.
