Have noticed that the Auto setting was no starting up the HVAC system every time I've driven her. I can however turn the system off and then back on, at which time the Auto system will begin to work again.
Hooked up my Tech II and got a B0268 "Air Flow Control 7 Circuit" error message.
Any insight into what could be the culprit?
At least I can reboot the system by simply turning it off and then back on again.
I would like to repair the issue far short of replacing the HVAC control module, which I'm hoping is not the issue.
Any help would be appreciated.
I think you will need to replace the control unit, unless you have the ability to rebuild yours. We recently learned GM no longer offers new units but rebuilt ones are available, see post 1 in here:
