I'm looking to buy one of the headliners with the suction cups, thinking that it could cut down on summer heat, and maybe a bit of outside noise. For those who have one, how often do you use it, and what are the benefits that you see.
Thanks
I had one for the first C6 Coupe that I had and I had it on all of the time. It kept both heat and noise out. Never had any problem keeping it up there either.
I agree with jrose, leave it in all the time and when I store the roof it stays on perfect. Been on now for about two years straight and the AZ sun hasn't killed the suction cups yet....
Do you have the one piece or 2 piece headliner.
Thanks for your responses. They help in my decision to purchase.
Do you remember where you purchased your headliner?
I have a WTB thread in the Parts for sale Forum, but got zero responses to date.

Mine is one piece, and I believe it was one of the vendors on this site, CCA maybe?
I only have a transparent top and use the liner 100% of the time. I tried pulling it off for a few days and didn't like it. May occasionally take the top off but I think the liner will stay.
The link worked, but Corvette Mods is no longer a Forum vendor for many reasons, all of which are mostly negative, as per the feedback/transaction section so I will not be ordering from them.
You might go to the classified section and post a WTB thread and see if you can pick up one used. I see people selling the tops all the time, worth a shot. I absolutely love my headliner. Makes it cooler, no glare, and it cuts sound. Looks OEM . Wise choice picking one up.
