Shifting
I am having trouble shifting into first gear and second year, this is been happening since the cold weather has move in.Basically talking between 40 and 45°. I always shift into second about 20 mph . Is anybody else experienced this problem.

SOMETIMES, a trans fluid change will help. Search the forums and you'll see numerous 1-2 shifting problems. Some swear by after market brands of fluid. I tried one brand and it was worse. I then tried the currently recommended GM fluid and it is a little better, but not completely cured.

I had the same problem until I changed my trans fluid, since putting in fresh GM fluid the problem is nearly gone...By the time I get to the end of my road it's shifting normal again...WW
