Dealership totaled my corvette!

In all seriousness you're naive, any attorney without a large caseload would take this on, it's a super easy PD case, but as I said earlier, if it gets to that point I'd be surprised. If the dealership doesn't don't do more than what is necessary to make it right to OP, litigation is 100% the way to proceed and you're just woefully shortsighted if you suggest otherwise.

Melting Slicks
I'm done commenting here but at this time I am in the middle of a personal injury case due to a person who broad sided me and I have mentioned to my lawyer yesterday a couple of cliff notes from this thread. He has 30 years in this business and is in Manhattan NY. He honestly said he doesn't know where any other money could come from other than replacing the car.

if you do have to get the car fixed, its a good time to put on all the mods you want. Most of the mod panels are roughly the same cost as oems, etc. so go for it. You'll never be able to sell it 'all original' anyway as the car fax report will now screw you, so might as well go nuts.
