Sounds like you got a great deal! Congratulations!! Bonus that it has a fresh, addressed LS7! I really was leaning that way, but really wanted to take the top off, but if I came across that with the update engine don't think I could have resisted.
Enjoy and welcome!!
For the others talking about the LS7, would even a brand new purchased LS7 be a concern? Surely the head manufacturer would have had that addressed by now, no? Well I guess it depends on when the original owner had the LS7 replaced. Either way, glad the OP has that cleared as well as a sweet ride.
Would a new crate LS7 be a concern now, I would think that head/valve issue would have been resolved by now. I could easily be wrong, but that would seem a bit wonky to still need to be concerned with newly acquired LS7s.

K-Spaz: This is off topic but you mentioned you were looking for a blade connector fuse extension. I used FHM200BP ATO Add-A-Circuit Kit to my dead pedal foot switch:
Since the NPP fuse is live at all times (even with motor off), I made a circuit using the Driver's Side of the heated seat fuse which is live ONLY when the engine is running. (Ignore the Arc Audio Trigger portion.)
Hope this helps.
And back on topic, Slw97 a totally awesome Z06. I can see you smiling from here.
