I purchased the Vidas EL-50448 TPS reset tool and did the following:

2: put car in accessory mode

3: hold lock and unlock at the same time on the key fob until you hear the car horn beep
4: hold TPMS device to sidewall on drivers side front tire, right above the valve stem, and press and hold the button on TPMS device until car horn beeps.

Run around car and repeat for each tire starting with drivers front, then passenger front, passenger rear, and last is drivers rear. Car will beep twiceat the last tire to tell you it's done.

It did not workl. any suggestions
Thanks

I appreciate all your help.

However, I have difficulty posting items.
Can any one give me the steps necessary to post a question?
Thanks

I was told the same thing by the dealership...
I purchased a tool from Amazon for something like 18.00.
It took less than 2 minutes to relearn all the TPMS units.

I have a 2010 Grand Sport.
1: put car in accessory mode
2: hold lock and unlock at the same time on the key fob until you hear the car horn beep
3: hold TPMS device to sidewall on drivers side front tire, right above the valve stem, and press and hold the button on TPMS device until car horn beeps.

Car will beep twice at the last tire to tell you it's done.

It worked for me

Default Conbvertable roof

I hace a C6 corvette convertable and when I try to put the roof up it stops ksust before the final step.
It appears the closing cover contacts the partially raiosed roof
When I push the roof window forward to clear the cover than hit the up button it completes the procedure.
Is a roof adjustrment needed?

Did you purchase new TPM sensors? And if so, did you purchase the correct ones for your car?

No I did not replace the TPM sencxors.
However I am the second owner.
I dont think the TPM sensors have been replaced as The car is a 2011 only 8 years old with 35K miles.

Here is a Youtube video using the same TPMS tool and the procedure. It should work for you if you have the correct sensors and follow the steps.

Man, I bought a similar tool back in 2016. Except I paid almost $80. That sucks, but it's worked flawless for me since then.

That's the same device, just rebranded. Here is another link for Orange Electric EL-50448 for $15.

I am going to replace my rear tires and need to replace the TPMS sensor. I purchased the correct part ACDelco 15234846 GM Original Equipment, as given to me by the local Chevrolet dealer.

Once the tire shop replaces the tires and the TPMS sensor, do I need to do anything?

I got the tool and 4 new sensors right after ordering my new tires. I tried the tool on the old sensors first to make sure it worked. I them programmed the new sensors even though they were not installed to make sure they were all working. I then programed the old sensor back for the ride to the tire installer. All went well. The tire installer used their tool once everything was installed. I have a 2008 and did not want to leave the old sensors with the new tires. Never had a failure in 11 years but only had 20K on the clock.
