Torque converter or no torque converter that is the question!
Well because of some unforeseen scumbag acts... Vette mod plans are going way way slower than planned... 1 7/8” ARH and xpipe installed... circle D 3000 torque converter ordered and here... plans were 3.42s, cam, and supercharger... but like I said one scumbags acts caused me health and $$$ problems... so modding process has declined to a creepy slow crawl!!!
would it make any gains or just pains just installing and running the t.c. With out the other planned mods?? I don’t know when I’m going to be able to afford the other stuff on my list... and really itching to use what I have!!! Thoughts???
thanks guys!!

If you're installing a new torque converter my understanding is that you'll also need a new tune to accommodate the higher shift points. If that's not a problem, I say hell yes. It will wake your car up like you wouldn't believe.

yes have the Converter installed and tuned don't forget the tranny cooler and yes enjoy the car it will be a blast to drive and will still get fairly good gas mileage compared to a cam and supercharged version should be good for mid to low 11's in the 1/4 which makes that stout on the street
