previous owner just put new calipers, rotors, pads, tires and wheels
Since the car very recently had brake work done, its more than likely something is not right. I would put the car up on jack stands and do a thorough inspection of the rotors, pads, calipers, etc. Check to make sure everything looks right.
Also, could check the brake rotor runout. If the rotors have too much runout, they may be rubbing on the pads and causing what you are feeling.
I recently purchased a 2011 Grand Sport M6, here's my question. I have a long driveway, it's gravel and I travel slowly in first gear right about 1000 rpms and it feels like the brakes keep applying and releasing repeatedly, anyone experience anything like this before? 66k miles, no lights on, previous owner just put new calipers, rotors, pads, tires and wheels. I don't notice anything abnormal on the road. Thoughts?
Is your gravel drive straight or does it curve? I have a gravel drive that curves and my C6 always feel weird as the tires slip and judder while turning. It's fine in a straight line.

It only does it when your in gear, and it coasts smoothly when you push in the clutch?
i think you are going through the lash in the driveline. I think you are right at the threshold of putting down torque and engine breaking, and it feels weird when you go back and forth through the lash of all the gears. I think all manuals do that at very low speeds.
Either live with it or slip the clutch a lot more. Or make more definitive acceleration / coast maneuvers.
edit: if you have a lot of tight turns also read up on Acherman steering ... or some spelling like that. Corvettes have kind of a different steering geometry and they scrub the tires pretty aggressively at low speeds high steering angle.
