I've never done it on these cars, but I recall a pretty bizarre and complex procedure for it. If (my old) memory serves, I believe HOXXOH has outlined it in the past. Do a search with his name and maybe "tranny fluid change," or something similar.

I don't know of anybody I can trust in Illinois to do it right anybody know who I can get established with retired willing to drive any where in state for anything this car might need thanks I.
Love this car would like to find one place that could do it all just can't trust dealerships.
If the car is a daily driver or has low miles like 5K per year no need to change the fluid unless you track the car. I have drained the fluid on a 2008 C-6 with 60K miles and the fluid looked like new.
Check these links out to change tranny fluid/filter. I will be doing mine ('08 with 34,000 miles) in about a month. The first one is from HOXXOH and convinced me to do the job: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...tructions.html
With only 9000 miles on the car, a transmission fluid change is not only not needed, but stands the chance of being subjected to errors of the process. The system is sealed with the exception of one tiny air vent, so there is no external source of contamination. Unless those miles were primarily during high performance events, your first fluid change should not happen until 50K miles if you drive in "severe" conditions or 100K in "normal" service. See your owner's manual for definitions and maintenance intervals.

I am in the minority but I would say not to change anything in the transmission - I no longer touch my transmissions after suffering failures subsequent to changing the fluid. My 07 was sold with 85k miles and 12 years with no issues and no flush.
Okay I have been convinced to leave my tranny alone at 34,000 miles (easy driving, but always use the paddles). At 2,000 miles/year, it will take me 33 years to hit 100K miles. Sadly at 71, that will likely not ever happen.
