Thoughts on this tire?
ATLAS TIRE FORCE UHP 285/35R19 103 Y ALL SEASON TIRES
TIRE SPECIFICATIONS:
TREADLIFE: 40,000 MILES
LOAD / SPEED: 103 Y
LOAD RANGE: XL
RUN FLAT: NO
MPN: 221009078
SKU: 913808-99
Appears Atlas tire is back in America but now made in Thailand.
Tires would be used for weekly driving in winter.
Thoughts and concerns because tires are really cheap in price?

I think the operative word here is "cheap".

2021 C6 of the Year Finalist - Modified
If I remember correctly, Atlas tires used to be sold at Standard Oil gas stations back in the 60s and 70s.
They were a 'high end' tire way back then, but since they went out of business here in the US so long ago, I have no clue what they are like now .... Jeeze, I don't think there are any Standard Oil gas stations anymore either.
I am surprised to even know that the 'Atlas' brand is still alive in parts of Asia ...

Shandong Linglong is producing the brand in its factory in Rayong, Thailand.

Back in the day we were an Amoco Station (now just auto repair shop) We sold those plycron tires and they were indestructible.

I currently have Continental summer only tires on my Z51 that I believe can't be used below freezing temps.

NO VETTE SHOULD HAVE ALL-SEASON TIRES (unless driven by a 90-year-old lady).
