Default Kill Switch?
Changing out my interior lights for LEDs and found this. Never knew it was there. I'm thinking kill switch. No, I have not turned it off it yet :-) It's not mild to wild...I put one of those in myself 2 years ago. Any guesses ? Thanks.

Previous owner was a BMW owner also, that switch turns off the turn signals.

The only way to know for sure is to trace wiring back to the source.
