The base seats have solid leather seating surfaces, no adjustment to the side bolsters and does not have the upper seat middle insert.
The sport bucket seats have perforated leather and adjustment for the bolster and lumbar along with the side impact airbags.
In order to change the standard seats to actual sport seats, you would have to add all the features, including the side impact airbags in the side bolster foam, etc. etc.
It may be cheaper just to buy sports seats.

The frame itself is the same, but the foam and leather needed for the sport seats accommodates the side impact air bags that you don't have. it's not just a simple swap, and considering the cost of purchasing new air bags, you'd be better off just buying a set of sport seats rather than trying to convert what you have.

Are the frames the same for the passenger and the driver except for the airbag bracket?
