I have a 08 m6 Vette with the two tone black and cashmere. I ordered a new leather console cover from Redline Goods. I told them the color was cashmere and was have a little trouble matching it to their colors and sent a shot of the interior. They said the match was sierra in their leather. The product was very nice but the color was way darker. . Redline is been Helpful but we are have issues matching it. They have a C5 Vette interior picture that is a similar color. This leads to my questions. Is the c5 and c6 cashmere the same color? Has anyone else ordered from Red Line goods any leather in cashmere and if so what color was it. Here is a picture of the cover on my seat. thanks
I changed my interior to black but I ordered a few variation of colors from them when the interior was cashmere. I know for certain that I did not order sierra. I believe I used beige. It wasn't bad but definitely not a perfect match.
My car is victory red and their red leather was a perfect match so dealt with the variation in the cashmere. It's hard to tell in the pic but it was lighter than the cashmere. The boots are also from Redline (This was several years ago the fit on their old console cover was not as nice as it is now).
The center console cover on the second picture is also redline goods. The fit is much better.

I bought a cashmere console lid which is lid with cover attached from West Coast Corvettes.
Color matches perfectly.

I sold a JSB '09 for a buddy of mine back in the summer and had the same color seats as yours and per the build sheet that color was called Linen, very much lighter then cashmere!
If I recall, on the bottom right hand side of the RPO code in the glove box will be the interior color number and I'm thinking the Linen is 425, but dont quote me on that....im sure someone else will chime in! I've attached a couple of pictures of the interior of the '09!

Definitely the "light linen" color.As the previous poster had stated, a much lighter color.Option code 425 as mine has the same thing.Only available in 08 and 09 I think.A very hard color to find or match.

This is from the NCR, this is the list of interior colors for '08, it will be on the RPO code!
If it is an 4LT interior, that isn't cashmere, it's linen. I had to have a console cover special made to match my 2008 4LT. The linen color is tough to find, most places don't have it. I think it was a one-year-only color. When I had the console redone, I only did the sides of the console in ivory, so that the top didn't get dirty/worn so easily.

Thanks guys I checked my codes and sure enough its 425 Linen not cashmere. Looks Like I messed up. Actually my color range is 9 colors. It all looks light brown to me. Hey CSixDude did you get yours at Red Line Goods?

I can't remember for sure, but I think it was either RPI designs or DS Vettes. They had to look around for some linen leather, and only just enough to do the sides, which is all I wanted done anyway. I contacted 4 or 5 places before I found someone that had linen and could do it.
If you do the center section in linen you'll be back to same problem you have now with trying to keep it clean. Mine actually wore spots of the dye off in the center section and made it look really bad. By going with the ebony in the center, I don't have that problem anymore.

A special thankyou to Redline goods on this. As it turns out ,Thanks to you guys my interior is actually Linen. Redline sent me some samples and I was able to get a very good match with the color they call oyster. Its nice to deal with a company so driven to get you the correct product.
