Default Idiot needs help

I'm trying to find the bleeder valve for the clutch hydraulic fluid on my 06 manual Coupe.

Per the service manual, and after doing 100 burpees getting under the car and getting up to read the manual,...

I have a question,....

I removed the 300 8mm bolts holding up the drive line closeout panel.

Where is the bleeder screw on the clutch actuator cylinder?

I'm completely baffled.

Thanks,
Village Idiot

See post #15:

The thread subject is installation of a remote bleeder, which I highly recommend, but you could perform a conventional bleed the same way.

Some people claim to have accessed the bleeder from the top. It is (just) visible from the engine compartment, so I believe them.

You will see the hydraulic hose coming down from the clutch master cylinder and entering the torque tube right behind the bell housing. It enters on the top side so it is very hard to get to. I wouldn’t attempt bleedIng it unless u have no choice. Also if you ever have the torque tube out definitely install the remote bleeder hose to resolve this problem.

Yep. At the time GM didn't plan on any regular maintenance for the clutch fluid. The owner's manual said nothing. It was only later that they realized it should be replaced every couple of years, just like the brake fluid in the braking system.
