Default Active Handling or Traction Control Problem

I just purchased a 2011 Z 06 with 1,656 miles on it and have been experiencing an issue while both of these are engaged under different circumstances the car seems to all of a sudden want to nose dive and pull to the right as if the car is sensing the loss of traction or control.
A couple of times active handling has come on the dash for a split second
If I totally disengage both the active handling and the traction control the problem doesn't happen
Also there are no codes or lights staying on the dash to check out
Any help will be appreciated
Pat

Possibly a wheel speed sensor out of adjustment or failing. Are all your tires the right sizes and have similar tread depth? I had to replace one tire on my 350Z when the other 3 were pretty worn and that difference in rolling diameter would trigger the stability control in right hand down hill turns.

Thanks for the reply
tires and rims are original to car and all the same condition
it seems to happen when i'm going into a left hand banked curve and seems to be affecting the right front tire does that seem to make sense to you

If it is a speed sensor they are not serviceable....Takes hub assembly.....My regular vette threw a code. Good luck. If is does give you a code it will tell you which wheel at least.

Be careful with all the nannies turned off...You have a very fast bad assed car...especially without help.

Is it normal to get the Active handing calibration and idiot light coming on after a car wash? It's happened both times I washed our newly acquired 2005 base coupe. It clears itself eventually.

Before you get I to all that, it could be something simple. You said you just bought I, did it sit for a while previous? Did the battery get low? These cars are sensitive to battery quality, and so if the battery is old and or got drained while it was for sale, it can cause these kinds of intermittent and seemingly random issues. I'd put the car on a battery tender for a bit and see if it helps any.

If it was the battery, wouldn't it happen also when driving the car without washing it first? The only times it has happened was shortly after washing the car and getting the wheels and brakes wet. The other times driving the car (not after washing) it has not done this.

I recently had a problem with the traction control and it turned out to be my FOB battery needed replacing.

That's bizarre! I replaced the battery in 1 of the FOBs that was dead and my wife's FOB is usually in the car with us also when we are together, so I may just replace hers also as it may be getting low anyway.

Thanks for your reply
It hasn't thrown a code as of yet the active handling flashes on screen for a split second then goes away with further driving and testing if I turn off the traction control only it still happens both traction and active handling off it doesn't happen leaving me to believe the problem is in the active handling it seem like the passenger front brake is actually trying to stop the car

I'm not sure of cars history it's 2011 with 1,650 miles so wasn't used often I had battery tested and shows good I drove it 160 miles from dealer when I picked it up and charging system was showing 13-14.5 when I got home I put on trickle charger so I'm kind of thinking it's not that
