Looking to replace my tires. 2005 Base coupe. Anyone run tires that are not run flats? I am open to tire suggestions.

A lot of choices here: Tires
I have run Michelin, Goodyear, BFGoodrich,Nitto and Kumho non EMT and all were great tires.

I’m switching to Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ non run flats after I wear out the tires on my C6 now. I did that on my 15 C7 and the difference was unbelievable. Much less road noise, much smoother ride, and I didn’t lose grip.

^^^^ That's what I bought a few years back. Excellent choice for me.

I switched to Michelin Pilot Sport AS3+ non run flats a couple of months ago replacing the Continentals that had been on my 2008, base, vert for 20k+ miles. The difference was amazing. Much less road noise, nice ride, confident handling in the corners. Great tires. I highly recommend them.

Continental extreme contact sport - for a summer performance tire. I had them on my GS & now my Z06, really great tires. If they’re available in your sizes you should check them out.

People seem to like the Firestone Firehawk Indy 500 tires....smooth riding tire at a great price point...

When I bought my '07 base in 2013 it had the crappy Goodyear Run flats on it. Noisiest, loudest. hardest riding tire I've ever seen. Switched those out within a few days to Michelin PS A/S 3's non run flats and made a world of difference. Smooth riding and quiet with great handling.
Just put the new Michelin PS A/S 3 Plus non run flats on and they are even better. Extremely quiet, smooth ride and handle very well. Highly recommend this tire.

Also driving an '05 (since new). First set of replacement tires were Nitto Invo's; current set are Conti Extreme Contact Sport.....both non-RF & both great tires.

I had 7 yo Michelin PSS ZP's - they were horrible. Wheel hop, no traction, rode like bricks.
Changed out to PS4S last week - very happy. I did ALL the research and was most likely going to do the AS3 Plus, however, the ratings on TireRack show the PS4S in the wet are equal. I have a Callaway and these HOOK.
