Curious to know if anyone else's clock came back on its own. I had my battery out over the winter and the clock did indeed disappear once the battery was reinstalled. However, just a few weeks ago, the clock reappeared on its own with no intervention by me. Anyone else?
Mine came back this spring after being dead since Nov 2018. Although it’s gone again when I had the battery disconnected for some maintenance.
I saw this posted in another thread about the clock fix. This mechanic provided the ISO file needed to burn it to a disk as well as the instructions on how to perform the upgrade. It may be useful to someone here instead of neeeding to pass a disc around? Clock Fix

I was one who received the disc and passed it on when I was done several months ago. Like I said then "burn a disc" means go in your kids room take the latest crappy CD they have and set it on fire.
I was happy to get the disc and pass it on. It was simple to do, basically insert the disc and let it do its magic.
I will be happy to take care of this for Tim. I'm expecting one to arrive shortly and as soon as I am finished with it I will be happy to mail it to you free of charge just like someone has done for me.
Boy that was easy!! Easy Peezy like my daughter says. Almost as easy as replacing the struts on the rear hatch and installing the new rear morimotto lights and installing a new battery and cabin filter . I feel like and IT specialist and certified mechanic all in one. When I'm feeling ambitious i will tackle new wipers.

Thank you Rick!!
Big shoot out to Rocketman7. Thank you for mailing the clock fix cd to me. Worked as advertised.
If anyone needs the cd, let me know and I'll be glad to pay it forward. -Tim
I bought a disc on line, but it's not working for me. I put the disc in, and after about 2 minutes it said "disc is not navigational disc". What should happen when you insert the disc?
This thread is so much better than the "sticky" on the subject.
Problem with the sticky is you have to read through 250 posts to get all the necessary info. It's actually not a lot of info, but has to be followed for success. I've thought more than once I should just summarize it in one post, but always too lazy.
