Have a Pittsburgh (Harbor Freight) LOW PROFILE rapid pump 3-ton garage jack. I like it because it is low profile and I can get it under the car and reach the C-6 front body jacking point without first using a small jack to start the lift. Some jacks with a standard clearance will not go under the C-6. I also have the pucks made from a eye bolt and hockey puck (eBay, I think). They are a lot better than the plastic kind that the ears snap off so easily.

I've been using the plastic leave in pucks for eight years now without a single problem.
I agree. I've used mine on multiple cars and they are great for doing things like brakes if you want all 4 wheels off the ground at the same time. I worked with hydraulic jacks for a while, but if you don't have clearance in the garage in front and sides for the jack and long handle, it can be a pain.
I've had a 2 ton Norco floor jack for 30+ years, but picked up a low profile Pittsburgh aluminum 2-1/2 ton race jack the other day. I have yet to unbox it. I intended to buy a bottle jack as well, but Harbor Freight was out of stock on them. I was told they're redesigning their bottle jacks and the new ones won't be available until some time in December. I ordered a 12 ton Torin bottle jack online.
