Innocent mods -2

Ok, so there are a few small mods on my "Want to" list, and that is another cat-back exhaust, ( But this is a "Touring car for some hoped for 'Wonderful highway trips' and booming & incredible Droning isn't wanted.). And on this particular 3LT Corvette convertible, Red detailed brake calipers would be a great addition. What is the best way to accomplish these two modifications ?

Thanks, Were you able to mask off the letters on the calipers ?, . . . and how long can I expect the G2 paint to last , and where can I find it for sale ?

Paint then sand off any paint that gets on the letters.

I don’t have any advice, but will share an opinion.

Your C6 has a more mature look, so to speak, and red calipers won’t look right. Just my 2 cents.

I bought mine at my local parts store. For the letters I carefully wiped some Vaseline on the surface, and the paint wiped right off once I'd let it set. Mine has been on my car for nearly 5 years now with no sign of peeling or fading.

I totally agree, RED is the wrong color for your calipers on that car!!!

Look at Corsa Sport cat back exhaust. On my 05 Mn6 they are dead quiet on the highway and get quite noisy when you "get on it" with a nice decel gurgle and pop. My son has Corsa Extremes, they are also near dead quiet on the highway but a bit too loud (only) when you get on it for an old guy (me), but I constantly wish I had bought them instead.

Well, I'm Ok with that, but there's NO Woodgrain Dashboard in this Corvettes future, No Way ! . . . And I like a "Subdued" red brake calipers ?
