Tow hooks were needed for sale in Europe. Understand there are base brackets needed also. And both front and rear bumpers have to be removed to install base brackets.
(DOES LOOK LIKE NOT AVAILABLE ANY LONGER)
I used this and installed base, found I didn't like the hook and made up my own. You still have to remove front bumper !!
While it looks like it touches paint !!! I can assure you it doesn't touch
Corvette mods has this cheaper......But you would be a fool to mess with ( CORVETTE MODS !!!!!!!!!!)
I just did the rear. Painted black as I wanted it to be stealth.
The front does require bumper removal.
M....
CHIEF ! you can take chains to rear wheels also !!! That is an aftermarket tow hook, your showing, But if you look closely at what GM tow hooks were. Then you can explain how to install without removing bumpers.
I don't get the current tow hook fad. To me a car with a tow hook makes it looks like it needs to be towed a lot. Mine doesn't nor will ever have one. Like "Corvette Ed" said I'm referring to tow not toe. Wow lots of t's.

While we all have heard about auto shift cable problems mine had. Backed out drive about 100 ft onto dead end county Rd.
Car was in neutral sitting in roadway, I am disabled and not any one around for help. Called family and waited for them to arrive.
Because of tow hook and the fact car was in neutral, was a simple task to pull it back to the car garage for repair.
Tow hook,,,,,, Well worth the time to install if you ask me! Yes I replaced the entire cable at home even though I'm disabled.
72 with one leg and bad knee with COPD. Tell me your problems I'LL cry you a lake !!
