If you want the blacked out look on the fogs, go with the Morimoto fogs instead. https://www.vette-lights.com/collect...ght-assemblies

Get a hold of Cole @VetteLights I believe there is still a 10% discount for forum members on most the products they carry. If I recall correctly the code to use on check out is FORUM10 to get the discount.

The oem black lights look the best to me by far. But different strokes for different folks right?

TRS? I'm drawing a blank. What's it stand for?

This guy here - I got mine from Josh and received a sweet deal. I always hate the PM me for the price kinda talk BUT I contacted Josh and bought them in a heartbeat. I actually had bought the headlights before I even signed/paid for the C6Z! The pricing was at least 35% less than the installed price of the OP, but I installed myself as well, not worth to mention my exact price as Josh can help you with that and pricing can change I’m sure depending on availability/sales/taxes - I paid and had them the same week.

The lights themselves are beautiful regardless of who you get them from I’m sure, I was coming off the cracked/hazy OEM lights. Fit perfectly, plug and play, no issues with leaks or hazing. Increased safety too since I can actually see at night now and people see me coming with the DRLs in the day.

Thanks for the kind words, they're definitely a must do mod in my opinion.

However, they changed their rules on pricing and now must be sold at their listed price, not a penny less.. So consider that you got a GREAT deal!

Gotta admit - I typed the response I just typed (above) prior to scrolling down the thread some more and seeing those before/after pics. Now all-of-a-sudden I find myself saying "hmmm...eleven hundred bucks? that's really not too bad."

Keep in mind that you can typically recover some of your investment by selling the OEM lights. Forgive me - I’m on my phone. Did you post/say what color your car is? Asking because black will be easier to sell.

I didn't. I have a black 07. Hmmm....any idea about what folks are willing to pay for a pair of 'like new' OEM's?

(again. DAMN this forum!)
