Inferno pulls a premium, so I think that in itself tells you which is more desirable. I’ve never been a fan of the rusty orange colors myself but I love inferno.
White was my first choice, orange would have been my second choice. I would have looked for Inferno.
I bought a new sunburst orange metallic Cavalier back in 2004 and kept it until last year. It was a great daily driver. I've always liked white or orange cars.

Inferno !
That was one of my color preferences when I was looking for my 'Vette. I had to settle for my 2nd choice, which was the next best thing, Victory Red.
Someday, I may get a bright orange wrap done on it.
I should have introduced the thread like a heavy weight title fight... In this corner, the older (appeared before Inferno on a Corvette) and darker Atomic Orange ! And his opponent the younger brighter/lighter Inferno Orange !
Ding Ding !
I appreciate all the feedback and perspectives and opinions.
