Is the car really stiff, like it’s in Sport mode? That’s what mine feels like. The switch does nothing. Going to the dealer with it on Friday. My car only has 8k miles on it. I’m hoping the shipping blocks were left in. Anyway, don’t want to hijack your thread.
it's not super stiff, but after talking with Jim we think it's stuck in sport mode ( it defaults to that if something's wrong) I think the shocks are doing something, just not switching modes. Please post what your dealership finds, happy you chimed in, maybe between all of us we will stumble to the solution,

i had the Jim M software installed, but I am pretty confident that it was not working before the updates.
I’m 90% sure mine was working before JM software installed last Dec. I’m thinking of going back to an OE Module to rule out any glitch in the JM software.

I had my car at the dealer today (Abel Chevrolet). They say there are no codes, but the shocks are leaking bad enough that they need to be replaced. The estimate is pretty high, so I will save up money to do it. In the meantime, I’ll get new tires, which should help a lot my car still has the OEM Goodyear run flats.
