Nope but that's a common issue on dashboards from that Era. You can try to plastic wel a support in but it's gonna look shitty. Best bet is to replace it, or have an upholstery shop repair it and the cover with leather.

Welcome to the forum. Best bet is to replace it with a used one, which are resonably priced at approx $300.00 from AEScorvettepartscom.
I have a 2006 with no issues and over 110k miles on the clock. If mine ever gets a crack, I will replace the whole thing. Lot's of great threads on a DIY.
