Your car - take it through a car wash, don't take it through a car wash - your call. Of course the people who do take theirs through a car wash will then tell you never to drive in the rain.
I agree with above - everyone should get a cheap OBDII reader that reads and deletes codes. There have been times I clear a code for someone and worry about it if it comes back again. If you had an under spray then it could be that it just needs to dry out. My F-150 will get some trailer hitch errors every once and a while after washing.
