Anybody install a blend mount for the escort 360 radar detector? Easy job tapping the wires in?
I used it in my car but for a different detector, works great, this thread will show you what wires to tap into in the wiring connector on back of the mirror. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...lendmount.html With tapping into these wires, the detector will only have power when the car is running (no power in accessory mode)
I did but i did not like it. It stuck out too low and far back from the bottom if the mirror. I changed to the escort windshield mount, it tucks higher and more forward under the mirror. And i still use the mirror tap to power it.

It's tight and really hard to access the top of the unit but is a neat compact mount. I ran my power source thru the window post to the fuse panel that was a pain
