Welcome to the forum. Check the wiring for the mirrors. It might have come out of the clamp and hanging down thus preventing the window from going up. It happened to me when I removed the mirrors and didn't have the wiring secured. Hopefully, you marked the glass prior to removing the glass and reinstalled it in the exact same place on the regulator.
Just to assure that you closed the door, because if you didn't, the window will not go up all the way. You will also need to re-index the window. That instruction is in the owner's manual.
