That is a factory wiring installation, I wouldn't worry about it

Nothing to worry about. Just looks like the factory loom has come off. I would just wrap the wires up with some fabric automotive tape.

AC pressure switch harness plastic loom has become brittle over time and cracked off. Mine too. Just get some tape and make it look pretty again.

the plastic loom they use is trash. Ive actually gone in and replaced most all the crappy loom.
