I mounted my Pioneer camera just to the left of the key slot using 3M VHB double sided tape which puts it very close to center, this tape when properly applied is very strong, it's the same tape auto manufacturers us to secure trim on cars, and can be found at hardware stores, so no drilling or screw removal needed. I then fed the wire through an opening by the license plate light, then there's a grommet behind the tail lights on the right side of the car, and can be accessed by removing the right inner tail light. I fed the wire through this grommet to get it inside the car, then ran it under the carpet and the center console to get it to the head unit, alls the wire is completely hidden so it can't be seen. If you use the tape, you want to wipe the area with rubbing alcohol, and apply the tape when it's over 60 degs out.

I can vouch for the tape - i used it to mount my front camera with no issues
