Acceleration GAME CHANGER!!!
Hi All,
I wanted to share a hugely positive experience many of us have been having with “Soler Engineering Throttle Controller Corvette C6”
If you have never tried this product it can best be described as an acceleration and drivability improvement GAME CHANGER.
Just google and check it out on their website. If you decide to buy it, I will be shocked if you return it under their 30 day no hassle guarantee!! It’s genuinely that much fun added to your drive. I am now smiling every time I accelerate!
For free shipping use code: DLXVETTE at checkout. You first must type your email during checkout for the above savings to activate. Enjoy the controller like many of us now are! Well built Soler!

I can tell you the acceleration I get after I had my lead foot transplant is simply amazing. Who knew?

The posting is suspicious but the product changes responsiveness and that makes a huge difference in daily driving for many of us. I like a lot of response for a little foot and I can get that with Soler's product. Made a huge driveablilty difference for me and was the best mod that I made, in my opinion.

Burning Brakes
I've dealt with a few and I'm gonna be honest.......pedal commander is the only one that hasn't given me problems. It hurts to pay that price, but it has been problem free in every vehicle I've put it in. Absolutely made my c6 more fun to drive.

Just sharing my experience and many others
I was just sharing my personal experience and many others who have called this a game changer. It makes a great car even more fun to drive. Check out all the positive posts on the C8 forum. I posted on this forum as the C6 was my first brand new Corvette. I thought those that have one would want to know how much fun the Soler product adds to your acceleration. No it does not add HP but you will swear it did. Nothing suspicious in sharing…?

Snake oil
My last post on this topic, “snake oil” for those who have not tried it. If you are such a doubter buy it and try it then give your full review. It has a 30 day no questions asked full refund. If you set it on Sport 6 I know you will not return it.
Good luck and enjoy the long Memorial Day weekend. Thanks to those for their service to our country.

Ok, I bought it... heres my full review... It bricked my car and made me have to do a hard reset on 3 different modules to get OBD 2 comms back up... It took longer than 30 days to show this ugly little issue... again... hard pass. If you like it though thats all that matters.

When did you buy it?
How old is the one you had? Did you call customer service? Mike is very responsive . Anyway at least you tried it. I have had zero problems with my purchase of 40 days , no Cel no issues.

For automatic cars I can see this being helpful and have it more responsive but on a manual car I just don't see the need for pedal enhancers. I had a sprint booster on all my automatic mercedes and it did wake them up and help with the transmission response.

Hard pass for me too, while I'm highly modified, even if i was stock or mostly stock, I'd go with proper tuning.

There's a lot of them out there. I used to run the vitesse and they do work. They all run on the same principal of just tricking the computer into thinking you're giving it more pedal than you actually are. Basically flooring the gas now is achieved by pushing the gas pedal down only an inch. Highly exaggerated but you get the idea. It does "make" the car feel faster.
And yeah, this definitely seems like a "we will give you one if you shill the Corvette forums about it" kidna post or #ad lmao

Thats how I've always felt about them but I'll give it to Mike, hes a great salesman. I don't even disagree they put out a good product (in fact i'd still consider their throttle body despite my issues with the controller) but the inherent issues with throttle controllers dont outweigh the little bit of cool factor they have. I figured it sounded like they had done their due diligence to correct these issues and I bit. Some may never have issues but when you do they arent fun.

Throttle boosters (it should also be noted the majority of them can also be used to retard response) work as advertised, with the noted potential negatives in a very small percentage of cases. First time I have heard of one causing any issues other than going back to the normal slow, laggy throttle response after removing it.
I've had a Vitesse on my GS since shortly after they came out, with zero issues. I got exactly the throttle response I wanted without potentially bricking my pcm by modifying the throttle tables with HP Tuners. Don't buy one if you think they are snake oil. If you think you want to try one they are relatively inexpensive and you can resell them here on the forum.
