Throttle blipping?

Having coached several people on this over my life, including GF, and later wifey, its actually a tad easier to sync up on track, where its done at higher rpm and with hard braking makes deceleration rate faster.
An annoying thing on many modern cars is the throttle hang which keeps the revs up for emissions...

Just you ,since I use the palm of my right foot for breaking since have more braking control that way, and just slip my heal over to touch off the gas pedal to blip instead.
Really, just comes down to how far the pedals are adjusted apart, and in the case of pedals that will not adjust, then wider left base pedal on both the gas pedal, and on either brake left or clutch pedal right side, so don't have to go a country mile for left foot brake check for pad kick out on the last of the drive a well.
As for why no Vet every came with adjustable pedals, just goes to the depths of how far they value engineered the cars to keep production cost down.
