my hatch button by the licenceplate on my c6 doesnt open the trunk…my fobs are working fine, and then button by the sterringwheel works to.
i took the button out and got a meter on it and i works fine…..took a wire and short the plug but nothing happens.
anybody got an idea where to go from here🤔

did you take the switch apart. Most times if everything else opens the hatch but that button, it's dirt in there making it stick.

I removed the switch and tested it with a voltmeter…it makes connection.. works like i should…

Ok, so possibly, it is at the latch assembly unit itself. A connector possibly? I've attached the color schematic of the hatch assembly wiring. It may help you troubleshoot.
