I bought a C6 and the drivers seat has a hole in the bolster also a broken switch panel, so I bought a nice set of C6 seats from a Salvage yard. Only difference is the new seats have more buttons than my original seats and the passenger seat has buttons where my original passenger seat does not. My question is will the Base wiring support the higher trim level that these seats must have came from?

 

Depends on the year of the car and the year of the seats. I know 13 seats are their own separate connector from any other year. Pretty sure theirs a few other variances too. That being said shouldn't be anything some creative wiring/repinning shouldnt be able to fix

 

The passenger side electronic controls will not work if your car did not come with them. Power going to the passenger side is not there by default. That's about all I can answer.
