Hello everyone.. Just passing some info about headlight experts.com
Big time crooks. My fault for not going with vette-lights like I usually do. Ordered some led headlights from them and not really compatible . No instructions. Website said ""just splice wires together"" WTF. emailed tech service. Basically copy pasted what was on website! I requested a refund.

#1 - They charge a restocking fee. was ok with this since isince going to lose money anyway letting it sit on garage bench( anything refunded would be better that zero)

#2- You can't send back until they give you RMA# ( took almost a week to replay and that was because I emailed again.
#3 - Sent it back immediately.
#4 Waited a week for answer. Had to email them ( again ) to get an answer and they said I took longer than 30 days!!!
#5 Want to give me a credit. WHY WOULD I BUY ISH from them again..
So fight is on...

I just got my first tiny order from vettelights. Only took 2 days to arrive and came with a free pair of sunglasses. That’s how to run a business.

The guys from Umnitza have also been pretty good to me. I love the look of their paint-matched Morimoto lights. I have a set of Morimoto tail lights arriving tomorrow from them. But I did get my Morimoto fog lights from Vette-Lights, so definitely no issues with them, either.

WOW!!!!!! This type of customer service is unheard of anymore.

I try to return an item to Lowes and they tell me to get bent after 90 days, WITH A RECEIPT!!!

Good for you! It's easy to see why you are the top recommendation for anything lights

LOL, j/k. Do a credit card chargeback. It may not work, but at least you'll cause them some aggravation.

Ok...get out the popcorn....

So I was able to talk to the """MANAGER"" ,have no idea where he learned his people skill.. Dude was yelling at me like I owed HIM money!!! He hung up on me.. I called him back and asked for manager again and he said I am manager..I said did you hang up on me..he said YES I DID!! I tried ( calmly) to talk to him and he slammed phone again!! Now I can't get through,because I think he recorded my number and blocked me..

No matter how wrong either side is, this is incredibly counter productive.
I'm sorry you're dealing with that.
