Default Bolt size
I've had no luck searching this so far...
What size are the torx bolts that hold the key lock and hatch release button above the license plate? I need the thread size not the torx bit.

If you can't get an answer maybe take one off and take it to a store and compare it to their loose nut selection the get the bolt that fits that nut. Example home depot, lowes, harbour freight. Or maybe a smaller hardware store with a helpful staff. If that makes any sense.

On my car they're rivets, not screws.

Damn, I thought they were torx but I looked again and they are rivets. I was hoping to be able to use one of the holes to screw in a backup camera.

I put mine on with 3M tape.Been on there for 3 years and no problems at all.

Rivets with an x marked head are 5056 aluminum just some info on the rivits

Most hardware stores in fastner department have thread guages, take one screw bolt or nut to it
