I did find that as well ... point being is every video I see on YouTube they come with a small manual in the box and 2 tie wraps ... am wondering if a. they changed packaging, but should have a link or something to the install/operations like MODs4CARS did ... or B. I got a return or a used unit ... either way NOT installing until the company responds to my outreach.

Sometimes these people that package just don't give a damn, freaking McDonald's is the worst and Amazon sometimes I get stuff not even close to what I ordered world going to crap

Agreed ... returned stuff to Amazon in different package than what shipped and they tried to charge me back as not being returned - gotta watch these companies like a hawk!
Can't find on their website - where is Soler made? Is it <gasp> China?? I see they are located in AL ...
Sure would like to install but NOT gonna do it till they confirm why mine seems to missing stuff that others show came with theirs ... poor QC and not risking my electronics until certain!
