Default Light Stream financing?

Question for you all. Looking at a C6 ZR1.

Have any of you dealt with Light Stream classic car financing? If so, how was your experience. I don't need to hear "pay cash" blah blah blah...

I used them for a boat, which is a similar process to their classic cars as I understand it.

Basically it's an unsecured loan. They don't even worth with people who are maybe credit risks. My experience was mostly good, it can be a little harder to get a hold of them than other banks for things like layoffs and the like. I was satisfied overall.

If you don't mind me asking. What was the amount of your loan.

Used them several years ago when I bought my JKU. They had decent interest rate and never had any issues with them. It’s an unsecured loan so you get the title for the vehicle with no leans. If you did have to sell the vehicle there’s no hassle because you already have the title in your name. I believe they only provide loans for people with excellent credit ratings....

Try a credit union. Better service and usually better rates.

I used them to buy my Vette. Approved in under 5 minutes and cash in hand the next day. It is an unsecured loan so you get the title in hand. Their rates are competitive but a little higher because it is unsecured. I would recommend them and my son has used them in the past as well with no complaints. Mine was a short term loan just to bridge a gap with the cash I had on hand at the time and the price of the car.
