It will usually cost just as much to just get a new aftermarket light assembly than to take your OEMs, open them up, refinish them, seal them back up.

They will sell you just the lenses or you can send them your headlight assemblies & they will do the install. Changing the lenses is doable at home but it involves heating the lens assemblies in an oven to soften the sealant & scraping out all of the old sealant
