Default C6 lighting issues

Hi,
I recently replaced the battery on my 2006 base coupe. I have found now that I have no tail lights, no fog lights, no parking lamps, no gear shifter indicator lights, no DIC button lights and the DRL on the Morimoto lights do not work. Headlights, turn signals and brake lights function properly. I have checked multiple fuses with no luck.
Any suggestions?

Try disconnecting the battery and re-connecting after waiting two minutes. This should reset the electrical systems. And just the battery Neg. cable has to be disconnected.

Most of the lighting circuits go through the BCM...yes, try disconnecting the battery terminals for about 5 minutes and then touch both ends of the battery terminals together (a cap discharge)...see if that works.
