I felt a little petty complaining about the steering wheel, but now the shift ****? Come on folks, are you really going to say, "I love everything about the C6, but I just can't stand that shift ****, so I guess I'll buy a ______."

I posted the pics below in another thread. A few of us here searched for some time before finding the Hurst/SLP f-body **** on SLPonline and modified it for our C5's. It turned out to be an excellent shift **** for ~$23. It also turned out to be surprisingly similar to the C6's ****. So, I guess the answer to your question is - I like it! :yesnod:

Is the car fast? Does it look good? Handles well? That's all I care about. On the list of things that require mechanical proficiency, replacing the shift **** is WAY down there.
