i like it if it is real carbon fiber. if it is fake carbon fiber then that is really cheezy.

:withstupid: I'll bet it's fake -- why have the strength and expense of carbon fiber on what is essentially a decoritive piece?
But, I think it looks nice, and apparently goes well with the rest of the interior.
Thre's always aftermarket shift-*****.

Re: so does everyone like the shift ***? (bigblockbob)
I think it looks like the shift **** from a Ferrari...no wait....viper...I mean s2000...or wait, maybe it looks too much like the current shift ****. Maybe this isn't really a new shift **** at all, only a make over of the old shift ****?
Notice how the **** is round and has numbers on it? Yep, this **** was stolen from all the other cars with round ***** with numbers on them.

Too early to tell ... I'd have to feel it to see if I like it.

Yeah i agree...feel is a lot more important than the look on something as important as a shift ****...but i do like the way it looks...modern look with the aluminum trim and the still class of the leather wrap....very

Re: so does everyone like the shift ***? (bigblockbob)
Carbon fiber trim pieces are the antithesis of carbon fiber.
Besides, carbon fiber is ugly. It looks like decoupage run amok.
I'd be embarassed to have non-functional carbon fiber in my car.
But I know I'm in the minority, so I'll happy pry that little bugger out and let automotive fashion march on without me.
